2020-2021 TMS PTA Membership Form
$20 Per Family
$3.75 from each membership is forwarded to the Virginia PTA. This allows TMS PTA to exist and support the VA PTA in their efforts to advocate for our schools. The remaining funds go DIRECTLY back to Trailside MS to support our programs, events, teachers, and our children.

Please complete the form below and return to the PTA mailbox located in the school staff mailbox area. Cash and checks accepted. Please make checks payable to TMS PTA Or log on to the TMS website, select the PTA tab to be directed to the PTA website, select Store tab to pay with a credit card. Membership in the PTA provides special discounts and benefits from these providers: Evergreen Adventure Park, Lenovo, SwimKids, Hertz, Enshin Karate, ZavaZone, Inside Ski, LifeLock, ThinkFun, Office Depot, MetLife Insurance, and more.
Membership gives you a VOICE in your school. You can VOTE in elections, APPROVE the Budget and Bylaws. ATTEND Monthly Membership Meetings, BENEFIT from PTA run events, National Discounts and more.
